One month after commissioning  an independent independent panel consisting of UL, Exponent, TUV Rheinland AG, samsung found out that two manufacturers built the batteries that had design faults that were used in Galaxy Note 7 were manufactured. Battery A that came from first manufacturer was having Negative electrode deflections where as Battery B was having abnormal ultrasonic welding burrs in its positive electrodes that was build by second manufacturer.
